Key Responsibilities Own technical delivery quality across data & AI projects Design cloud-first architectures and data platforms Lead and optimise Azure environments Mentor engineers and promote best practice Support hiring and team growth Influence technical strategy and tooling Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and delivered on time About You Background as a Tech Lead, Data Architect, or Senior Data Engineer Strong cloud + data platform expertise Comfortable in a strategic, less hands-on role Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
