The Role You will act as the technical authority, ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects while shaping architecture and best practices. Key Responsibilities Own technical delivery quality across data & AI projects Design cloud-first architectures and data platforms Lead and optimise Azure environments Mentor engineers and promote best practice Support hiring and team growth Influence technical strategy and tooling Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and delivered on time About You Background as a Tech Lead, Data Architect, or Senior Data Engineer Strong cloud + data platform expertise Comfortable in a strategic, less hands-on role Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Technical Environment Cloud (Essential) Strong Azure experience AWS exposure beneficial Focus on scalable, secure, cost-efficient design Data Platforms Databricks | Snowflake | Microsoft Fabric Engineering & Tooling CI/CD: GitHub, Azure DevOps Infrastructure as Code: Terraform Programming: SQL, Python Data Architecture Translating business needs into data models Dimensional modelling (e.g. Kimball) Why Join?
