An established fast growing Boutique Investment Bank are looking to grow their Tech team and require intelligent, high energy, pro-active, like-minded professionals at Associate level.

This roles offers exposure across all elements of M&A and Corporate Development on Sell and Buy Side deals with significant responsibility across Transactions and Client strategy.

Responsibilities and Skills include

• Responsible for Financial and Insightful analyses
• Client Facing - Building and Networking Relationships
• Leading Transactions from end-end
• Origination of deals
• 5 plus years of M&A experience
• Exceptional communication Skills
• Able to Manage complex workstreams
• Strong Leadership
