Tradewind Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Business & ICT to join a welcoming secondary school in Rotherham on a temporary basis, starting after the October half-term break.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher, or an ECT looking to develop their experience, to join a supportive school and make a positive impact on students' learning and progress.

The Role

As a Teacher of Business & ICT, you will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering engaging Business and ICT lessons across the secondary age range.

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Supporting students to make strong academic and personal progress.

Assessing and monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.

Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

Working collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the school.

Contributing to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or have relevant teaching experience.

Have experience teaching Business and/or ICT at secondary level.

Be passionate about delivering engaging and relevant lessons.

Have strong classroom management skills.

Be reliable, approachable and professional.

Be able to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
