Brighton | £30K base + £12K–£15K OTE | 4.5-day week
 
Are you a technically savvy relationship builder who thrives on solving problems and helping businesses grow? We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to join Hunters’ client, a cutting-edge IT solutions provider based right here in Brighton. You’ll be the crucial link between clients and internal tech teams—translating business needs into smart, tailored solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in technical sales or account management who wants to work locally, grow their career, and have Friday afternoons off.
 
Technical Account Manager - job
  • Owning and growing relationships across engineering, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor—translating technical solutions into real business benefits.
  • Running the full sales and account cycle: from discovery and solution scoping through to close, handover, and long-term account growth.
  • Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent value delivery.
  • Staying sharp on market trends and identifying areas where our solutions can make the biggest impact.
Technical Account Manager – the fit
  • Solid experience in technical sales or technical account management, ideally in IT, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Confidence and clarity in communicating technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A natural relationship builder with strong commercial instincts.
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline and working towards sales targets.
  • A background in tech, engineering, or computing—degree-level or equivalent real-world experience.
Technical Account Manager - Perks & Package
  • Ut £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (+£12K–£15K realistic OTE).
  • 4.5-day working week – finish at 12:30pm on Fridays.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
