Technical Account Manager

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a Technical Account Manager to be based near Aldershot?

This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Main Duties of the Role

• Provide a high level of customer service to a wide range of users, with varying IT knowledge
• Build strong relationships with customers both in person and remotely
• Quarterly auditing of client networks and infrastructure on-site and remotely
• Onboard new clients following best practises
• Create and maintain documentation of client networks, systems, applications and infrastructure

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience within a similar position
• You will be extremely personable with solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Desire to achieve customer satisfaction
• A good technical understanding of computer systems

Salary

• £30,000-£35,000 per annum
