Are you an experienced FM professional ready to take ownership of a key account?

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services across a high-profile contract. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee operational performance, manage client relationships, and drive commercial success.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

* Managing the day-to-day delivery of the account with full ownership.

* Leading engineers and supervisors to achieve high performance.

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

* Managing budgets, costs, and overall contract performance.

* Ensuring the successful delivery of planned and reactive hard FM services.

About You

To be successful you'll have:

* Previous experience as an Account Manager or Contract Manager within Facilities Management.

* A strong Mechanical or Electrical technical background.

* Experience leading operational teams and driving performance.

* Good commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.

* A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
