Job Description - Technical account manager

Currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join a global team as a Technical Account Manager.

You will be working for a leading cutting-edge technology company revolutionising the way businesses engage with their customers within Financial Services.

Position Overview: As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients as they transition to our subscription-based services.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, addressing their technical needs, and facilitating the renewal process.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing personalised support and guidance.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.

Collaborate with the development team to address client issues and recommend product solutions.

Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

Keep clients informed about new product features, enhancements, and best practices.

Work closely with our marketing team to develop and deliver client-facing materials, including product videos and documentation.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or software-related field.

Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts.

Experience or familiarity with technologies such as Java Script, Java etc is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: This is a fully remote position with occasional in-person client meetings in London.

Compensation: Competitive salary of £60k per year, with commission incentives tied to upselling within existing accounts.
