Technical Administrator

Position: Technical Coordinator
Location: Bicester
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum

Are you ready to take your technical expertise to the next level in a fast-paced, food-loving environment? As a Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety and quality systems
• Conducting internal audits and assisting with external audits (BRC, customer, etc.)
• Managing supplier documentation and specifications
• Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with production, NPD, and procurement teams to uphold standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a technical or quality role within food manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety legislation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for food
