Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the materials they need—on time and to specification. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports global clients and contributes to the ongoing reliability of high-performance equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and process orders for spare parts and assemblies
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and purchasing teams
• Support urgent customer requirements and assist in delivering spares packages
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including eCommerce and process simplification
