We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong IT skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, monitor and update multiple internal systems and platforms

* Assign remedial works to engineers via PDA devices

* Ensure work orders are allocated accurately and efficiently

* Maintain accurate records and company databases

* Liaise with engineers and internal teams to support service delivery

* Handle emails and general administrative enquiries

* Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Requirements

* Previous administration experience

* Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

* Experience within facilities management, construction or engineering administration is desirable but not essential
