We are looking for a Technical Administrator to support a busy engineering and maintenance team. You'll be responsible for managing spare parts, maintaining SAP records, supporting stock control activities, and helping ensure essential equipment remains operational.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain spare parts inventory. Create and update material master data in SAP. Build and manage service and maintenance kits. Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks. Order new parts and replenish inventory. Work with engineers to determine stock requirements. Produce reports and maintain accurate records. Support the management of critical spare parts. Create process documentation and support SAP-related activities.
Requirements
Experience managing spares, stock, or inventory. Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system. Experience maintaining material master data. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Desirable
Knowledge of calibration or maintenance processes.
