Technical Advisor

Description

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Technical Advisor for our client based in Belper.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance to external engineers.

* Interpret technical information and explain it clearly and confidently.

* Understand customer requirements and deliver advice with clarity and diplomacy.

* Deliver world‑class customer service while meeting KPI‑driven performance targets.

* Use strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose potential faults accurately.

* Work collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

* GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent qualification in English

* Passion for customer service

* Good problem-solving aptitude

* Computer literate with previous experience using all Microsoft applications

* Excellent communication skills

* Experience supporting engineers or customers within a technical, engineering, heating, electrical or mechanical environment.

* Experience reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams or installation instructions.

* Previous telephone-based technical support experience.

Nice to Have

* Knowledge of Boiler or Heat source pumps products

Job Role: Technical Advisor

Location: Belper, Derbyshire

Salary: 28,500
