We're Hiring: Technical Advisor Location: Leatherhead, Surrey, UK | Function: Regulatory & Quality | Team: Pharmacovigilance (PV) Zoetis is looking for dedicated professionals to join our Pharmacovigilance team . These roles provide critical technical and regulatory support for our products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Technical Advisor Job Purpose: As a Technical Advisor, you will provide technical advice, guidance, and support on Zoetis products to both internal teams and external customers. You will manage product complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Core Responsibilities: Technical Issues Handle technical queries for Zoetis products internally and externally Provide guidance to sales and marketing teams Gather feedback from customers to inform future activities Contribute technical expertise to internal projects and working groups Product Complaints Investigate and resolve product complaints and quality issues Conduct site visits if required Report quality issues to the Regulatory team Pharmacovigilance Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting Maintain reporting timelines for all adverse reactions Relationships Build constructive internal and external relationships Ensure issues reach positive and satisfactory resolution Key Skills & Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Analytical and technical knowledge retention Customer focus and service orientation Organized, with effective time management and record-keeping Negotiation and influencing skills Behaviours We Value: Keep your technical knowledge current Make decisions that support the business and brand reputation Build lasting relationships with customers Deliver commitments efficiently Collaborate across roles, regions, and species Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in veterinary, science, or related discipline IT literate (standard business software and regulatory systems) Experience in pharmacovigilance, animal or human health industry Post-qualification experience in veterinary practice or agriculture is desirable Travel: Occasional travel may be required ??
