Technical & Operations Director-Electricity Networks

Reporting to an office in East Anglia, however can be flexible on location

Six figure Salary plus car/car allowance plus substantial bonus

Are you a senior/board level Engineer with extensive experience in the operation of electricity networks, up to 132kV, looking for a senior and highly prestigious position with a large national utility infrastructure company.

The company have a great reputation both for professionalism and for how they look after, train their staff.

Although the role in based in East Anglia, you will only need to be in the office 3 days/week, and the company can support accommodation costs for the right candidate.

The role will lead the operation of the Electricity network business. Key areas will include line management, business strategy, compliance, management of relationship with clients and partners, technical standards, safety and providing a superb experience for customers.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent senior position with a national utility infrastructure business.
2. Full ownership and responsibility for the Electricity Network business
3. Reports into the position include Head of Electricity Operations and Head of Electricity Asset Management.

The Person

1. Strong academic/working background in Electrical Engineering. Ideally Chartered
2. Strong experience of construction, operations and maintenance relating to electricity distribution systems
3. Experience at senior management/board level ideally for a large, national business
