This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national architectural practice with studios spread across the UK and have given award winning design services to a range of building sectors. They are on the lookout for a Technical Architect to deliver on a range of industrial projects for their Leeds studio

Duties for the role of Technical Architect:

• Work alongside colleagues to develop success for both the business and clients
• Provide support and experience to ensure the delivery projects
• Develop technical solutions from project briefs that comply with the RIBA Plan of Work
• Undertake project and client meetings, alongside collaborating with clients and contractors
• Produce designs that comply with UK building regulations and engage in project reviews

Skills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post qualification experience
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working across a broad range of sectors
• Experience within the industrial sector is advantageous
• Job running experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent technical and drawing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
