Technical Business Support Officer

We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Technical Business Support Officer to join their Property Services team in Oxford.

This is a varied role providing technical, operational and financial support to property maintenance teams, with responsibility for systems, contractor coordination, compliance and data.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property management systems for reactive and planned maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation including drawings, RAMS and contracts.
Monitor statutory compliance records, including fire, gas and electrical certifications.
Coordinate contractors, work orders, variations and CVRs.
Process SOR claims and invoices, monitor repair costs and support financial administration.
Analyse maintenance data and produce reports on trends and contractor performance.
About You

Experience using property management or maintenance systems.
Understanding of property maintenance trades such as plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Knowledge of building safety legislation, including CDM 2015.
NVQ/City & Guilds in building maintenance or a relevant business administration qualification/degree.
