The Opportunity

Are you a security leader who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise cybersecurity?

We are seeking a Technical CISO Lead to embed directly within our technology teams and shape the future of AI Security Architecture. In this role, you won't just advise from afar-you'll lead end-to-end transformation, design secure-by-default systems, and set the standard for how we navigate the evolving AI control landscape.

What You'll Do

Drive AI Security: Serve as the SME on AI frameworks, defining guardrails as capabilities evolve.

Lead Transformation: Manage strategic cyber initiatives, governance, dependencies, and milestone delivery.

Architect Secure Systems: Design hybrid/cloud architectures aligned with NIST and ISO 27001.

Guide & Engineer: Champion automation across IAM, network, endpoint, and data security.

Advise Executives: Translate complex technical risks into clear business decisions for C-suite stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Advanced Program Management (P3): Proven track record delivering complex cyber transformation programs.

AI & Cloud Security Focus: Hands-on experience with AI threat vectors, modern control frameworks, and hybrid cloud security.

Standards Expertise: Deep knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001.

Communication Skills: Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and senior business leaders.
