Hours: Onsite, Monday to Friday

We're looking for a hands-on Compliance Manager to help us uphold the highest standards of food safety, legality, and product quality across our growing and packing operations. You'll ensure our processes meet BRCGS, customer, and certification standards, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensuring products meet food safety, legal, and customer standards

• Managing internal audit programmes (BRCGS, Global Gap, Red Tractor, and others)

• Driving corrective actions and root cause investigations for non-conformances

• Overseeing hygiene and pest control with external partners

• Supporting HACCP reviews, food safety projects, and technical improvements

• Supervising and developing a small compliance team of two

• Working with multiple teams to maintain standards

• Delivering KPIs and reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Training colleagues and maintaining accurate compliance records

What We're Looking For

• Technical or compliance experience in food

• Strong knowledge of audit standards and food safety systems

• Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety qualifications

• Hands-on experience with BRCGS and customer audits

• Full UK driving licence
