I am currently partnered with a renowned software company in Sheffield who partner with world leading manufacturers offering bespoke cutting-edge software. As they expand they are now seeking a Technical Content Developer to join the team. With a mix of marketing and development, this is the perfect role for someone who loves creating content about the things you are most passionate about - software and hardware.
Maybe you come from a Computer Science degree with strong copywriting skills, or maybe you are a marketing professional with previous background in working for software houses developing engaging content.
Joining the team you will produce tools, examples, demos, PoCs and more to illustrate the advanced capabilities of the business and the products they produce. You will focus on creating blogs, images, videos as well as managing tradeshows.
So what are we looking for?
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Technical writing skills - proofreading
Ability to create engaging content - images, blogs, videos and other material
Interest / knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++/C#, WPF
Experience working with InDesign, Illustrator, Graphic Design Tools
Copywriting - short and long copy for both social posts, emails and blog posts
What's on offer:
Salary dependant on experience ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 (but can be flexible if you have relevant experience)
8% Employer pension
Hybrid working - 1 day a week in Sheffield
