Technical Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our projects, overseeing the technical aspects and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This role will be working for our Southern region, based in our Crawley head-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and company standards.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
• Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
• Ensure that all materials, resources, and design elements are aligned with project requirements and budget.
• Assist in managing the procurement of technical services and products.
• Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical background in construction, ideally with experience in large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and health and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Experience using technical management software and tools.
