Technical Coordinator

The company are a well-established and successful regional housing developer, who specialise in medium and large housing developments. The new builds can include apartments, townhouses and larger executive homes.

They now have a new opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to work with the Design team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the role entails working alongside other technical team members to ensure that the working drawings, and production information is available as required. You will also liaise with other departments responding to queries arising during the construction and completion stages.

This role will suit someone who can create working drawings using AutoCAD and is looking for a step into Technical Coordination.

The role is a chance to work with a developer with career development opportunities, a low staff turnover rate and with easy motorway links to the office.
