Technical Coordinator

Job Overview: As a Technical Coordinator in the food industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the technical department of a food or drink company. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently while collaborating with various departments, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and other team members.
• Liaise with different departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate communication.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
• Keep technical staff updated on procedures and protocols.
• Manage information flows into and out of the technical department.
• Coordinate audit information and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare detailed technical reports as required by management.
• Represent the Technical department in meetings and discussions as necessary.
• Draft specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Make recommendations for system improvements based on findings.
• Maintain and update all relevant databases related to technical operations.
• Coordinate customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.
