Technical Coordinator

With a team of over 100 staff and a large, modern site in Poole featuring a breakout area and excellent onsite facilities, they deliver bespoke aluminium glazing solutions to high-end residential and commercial clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a Technical Coordinator to act as the key link between the Design, Technical, and Production teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all projects. This is a site-based role in Poole, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a background in construction, project coordination, or fenestration.

Technical Coordinator Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Technical Coordinator Job Overview

• Liaise between the technical, design, and production teams to ensure project timelines and specifications are met
• Clarify technical specifications with both internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare estimates using LogiKal (training provided)
• Check and prepare orders for production
• Ensure attention to detail across all technical documents and specifications
• Contribute to process improvements and support continuous development across departments

Technical Coordinator Job Requirements

• Computer literate with strong general IT skills
• AutoCAD knowledge
• Previous experience in construction, production, fenestration, or technical coordination desirable
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Based within commutable distance of Poole
