We're looking for a passionate and driven Technical Coordinator to join our DroitwichDairy and play a key role in maintaining industry-leading food safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement. About the Role As a Technical Coordinator, you will take ownership of key food safety and quality systems across the site, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and industry regulations. Working closely with operational teams, you'll support quality performance, lead audit activities, drive improvement initiatives and help embed a culture of quality throughout the business. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring we continue to deliver safe, high-quality products while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
