Technical Software Delivery Manager – Crewe (Hybrid)

End to End Software Technical Delivery Manager to join one of our tech driven clients in Crewe to join a busy team due to growth. Your chance to make an impact, work on exciting software projects and drive technical innovation!

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cutting-edge software projects. You’ll work across both internal and external initiatives, delivering top-tier software development projects. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Gathering, refining, and translating business requirements into clear technical solutions and ensuring seamless project delivery from start to finish.  This is a fast-paced SW dev environment, where you will wear many hats – leading projects, shaping solutions, bridging the business and tech teams. This would suit someone who has also strong Business Analysis skills, gathering reqs, and translating to technical solutions.

This role would be best suited for someone with experience in software development environment, ability to leverage your technical experience, work closely with software developers who work with C# & Java, and communicate effectively. Previous experience of working on projects across Waterfall and Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management frameworks such as Pince2, ITIL, Jira. As this is a fast paced environment, you will need to be proactive, a great communicator to converse with software developers, testers, stakeholders, and manage multiple initiatives at one time.

It is essential you have worked on software development projects, end to end, inception to completion. On this occasion my client isn’t looking for someone who has worked on helpdesks/infrastructure projects.
