Technical Design Coordinator

Technical Design Coordinator – PAYE
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Rainham, Kent
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

What we’re looking for:

Experience as a Project Coordinator within a technical building services environment
Understanding of UK Building Regulations
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable using Office Suite and managing multiple project streams
Able to commute to the Rainham area Monday to Friday

What you’ll do in this Design Co-Ordinator role:

Coordinate technical submittals, building control trackers, and design packages
Track design progress against program
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and internal engineers
Attend site and design meetings as needed
Ensure documentation meets Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
