We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer – Revit to join a leading international design studio on a contract basis, supporting the delivery of immersive museum and visitor experience projects across the US and Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cultural and experiential environments, contributing to technically detailed and creatively ambitious projects.
Project Timeline
June 2026 – November 2026
Support role on a major museum project based in Chicago, USA.
November 2026 – February 2027
Support role on an international maritime museum project in the Middle East.
The Role
Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality technical drawing packages in Revit, with a particular focus on fit-outs, bespoke cabinetry, and visitor experience environments. You will play a key role in supporting technical design development and ensuring drawing accuracy across complex international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages in Revit Support technical design development across multiple project stages Develop detailed cabinetry and bespoke joinery solutions Collaborate with internal design and project teams internationally Maintain high technical standards and drawing accuracy Assist in resolving detailing and coordination challenges throughout delivery Key Experience Required
Strong technical design background with advanced Revit proficiency Experience delivering: Fit-out projects Detailed drawing packages Cabinetry / bespoke joinery detailing Retail or shop environments Museum, exhibition, or visitor experience projects Minimum 2 years’ experience focused on cabinetry/cabinet work detailing Excellent technical coordination and communication skills Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment Working Arrangement
Flexible hybrid working available Ideally 2–3 days per week in the studio Flexibility can be considered depending on the individual, including: 1 day per week attendance Periodic monthly studio visits for the right candidate Contract Details
