About the Role
The London office of a globally recognised architectural practice, has a rare opening for an innovative Technical Director to lead a growing team of architects and technicians across the delivery of a series of stunning projects across the globe. You would be responsible for setting the agenda to drive the technical aspects of project delivery across the London studio, while championing innovation and research.
This globally and nationally renowned practice would like to receive candidates from diverse experience backgrounds. You will need to have assembled a ‘global excellence’ portfolio of elite design projects. Sectors could include cultural, education, retail, commercial or mixed use as examples. The role may require international travel to the Middle East service and build client relationships and manage the delivery of projects at the most senior level. Key responsibilities
• Drive technical innovation and design delivery excellence.
• Manage several projects and teams concurrently.
• To work within the senior leadership team across practice.
• Be responsible for

fees/resourcing/practice

management duties.
• Client engagement and management.

Skills and experience
• Fully qualified architect with Part III or equivalent.
• Experience running cutting-edge global schemes.
• Leading large teams of highly experience architects on global projects.

Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
