This globally recognised manufacturer specialises in professional performance flooring and staging systems for the dance, theatre, entertainment, education and live events industries. In this role, you will lead the Group's global technical function, providing strategic and operational leadership across engineering, product development, manufacturing and technical support for theatre and performance flooring projects. Working closely with international sales, project management and manufacturing teams, you will oversee new product development, support major global projects, develop technical standards and ensure the company's products continue to set the benchmark for quality, performance and innovation. This role would suit a senior technical leader from a Theatre Flooring, Performance Flooring or similar technical background looking to take ownership of a global technical function within a market-leading manufacturer, working on prestigious international projects while influencing future product innovation and business growth.
