This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial awareness and is looking to play an active role in project delivery — not just follow a process. What’s on Offer: Competitive salary (£30,000 – £35,000) + bonus Flexible / hybrid working options Genuine opportunity for career progression within a growing business Exposure to a wide variety of bespoke and technically interesting projects Supportive, collaborative team environment Duties Will Include: As Technical Estimator, you will be responsible for producing AHU selections, pricing, and technical proposals. You’ll work closely with internal sales and project teams to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions from initial enquiry through to order. Key Responsibilities Preparing AHU selections and detailed quotations Reviewing specifications, drawings, and tender documentation Providing technical support to internal teams and customers Liaising with suppliers to develop optimal solutions Value engineering to balance performance and cost Ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards Skills and Experience Needed: Experience in AHU selection and/or HVAC estimating Strong understanding of ventilation systems Confident working with technical specifications, drawings, and tenders Commercially aware with a practical, solution-focused mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills If you feel that your skills and experience meet the required specification and this is the position you have been looking for then do not hesitate in clicking 'APPLY NOW' Due to the high number of applications we receive, we are sometimes not able to respond directly to each candidate.
