Remuneration: £28,000 - £35,000

The role of the Technical Estimator - Timber Windows will involve:

• Sales Estimator role dealing with a high end manufactured range of windows
• Liaising with main contractors, house builders and developers for new build and commercial projects
• Will be responsible for taking enquiries from clients over the phone and email
• Analyse drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of projects
• Writing up quotes on the back of enquiries and talking through the quote with the client
• Create supporting CAD drawings and documentation for approval and manufacture
• Build and develop relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business
• Dealing with projects ranging in value from £5,000 - £1,000,000

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Estimator - Timber Windows with:

• Must have sales, estimating, order processing or design experience within the fenestration market sector
• Highly advantageous if you have experience dealing with timber windows and doors
• Ideally will have AutoCAD experience
• Ideally will have experience with Klaes software
• Must have a good understanding of technical drawings and building regulations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build and develop relationships
• Wanting to forge a career
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
