Technical Lead - C# .NET

My client is seeking a Technical Lead with a strong foundation in C#/.NET and significant hands-on experience across modern web technologies including Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, as well as infrastructure tools like Terraform and Kubernetes. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a full-stack mindset and DevOps familiarity who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team working on full-stack applications.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and high-performance backend systems using C# .NET.
• Contribute to front-end development using Angular and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain microservices and APIs with Node.js and .NET.
• Guide the team in implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Oversee containerization and deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native practices are followed.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver robust software solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience with software development experience with at least 5+ years in .NET/C#.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
