Technical Lead – Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role is hybrid, with 6 days per month required on-site in Dublin.

You will lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the SDLC, ensuring the development team produce high quality code, adhere to defined coding standards, and deliver on time.

Technical Lead – Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• 5+ years’ experience leading development teams
• Managing and motivating development resources
• Experience in the entire SDLC utilizing a formal development process such as Agile/Waterfall
• 10+ years’ experience in development role
• Strong C# language experience, Net Framework 4.5+, WCF, Windows Forms, HTML, XML
• Strong MS SQL Server experience – TSQL, Stored Procedures
• Automated unit test frameworks
• VSTS CI / CD Integration
• Best practice OO concepts
• Produce & support technical specifications for development teams
