Technical Lead PHP

Your new role

As Technical Lead for the cloud services team, you'll manage a team of 6 developers while overseeing the technical direction of the company's cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for maintaining high code quality standards, leading code reviews, and driving technical milestones. This pivotal role involves translating complex problems into elegant technical solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong technical expertise including:
  • Highly proficient in PHP 8.4
  • Good working knowledge of Symfony 7 Framework/Components
  • Experience with AWS or other enterprise cloud providers
  • Ability to write high-quality, testable and scalable code
• Leadership capabilities:
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring developer teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate competing requirements and solutions
  • Experience overseeing technical decisions and architecture
• Desirable additional skills:
  • Experience with Node.js and backend JavaScript frameworks
  • Exposure to AWS specific services and technologies
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Angular
