Technical Lead (Transformation)

Deliver against operational targets through problem solving and collaboration with Group Lead and other team members. Identify and deliver training in line with employee development plans. Support inductions and complete probationary period assessments. Promote and implement the following: Zero Incident Workplace Culture, Manufacturing Process Design, Manufacturing Value Stream Success Factors and Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Strategy Development and Execution, EBS Tool Integration, Business Systems and Practices, Program Management. Monitor and improve operational flow to deliver high levels efficiency along with eliminating waste. Timely and accurate processing of information and data. Develop pareto analysis of failures to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist Group Lead in day to day responsibilities and workload planning. Support relationships with other teams and work collaboratively with key stake holders (e.g. Supply Chain, Planning, Quality and Engineering). Experience of programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and machines. Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings. Use of inspection equipment. In depth knowledge and understanding of the technical process in order to overcome operational issues. Good communicator, a team-player, able to motivate others. Able to plan, organise and prioritise own and others workload. A proven problem-solver who can share learning with others.
