Technical Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager to join a Developer to lead on a unique scheme near Chichester.

Our client is a residential-led Developer with a track record of delivering high quality schemes on landmark & heritage sites, as well as delivering quality new build schemes. They are currently beginning a new growth phase with a series of new phases of long-term projects and new schemes coming through the pipleine. They have low levels of turnover resulting in high quality teams.

Description

This is an opportunity as a Technical Manager to join the business on a scheme based near Chichester. You will have responsibility for coordinating and delivering design for various new elements of the project all delivering high quality residences:

• Multiple new steel frame buildings
• A traditional build on an RC podium
• Existing heritage building refurbishment

Profile

A successful Technical Manager should have:

• A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing UK residential projects through to handover, preferably including bespoke units
• Ideally experience of existing building and new build schemes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills

The role is based 5 days/wk on site near Chichester and you must have the right to work in the UK

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the region of £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience)
