Shift: Monday-Friday

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Are you a proactive and experienced Technical Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a skilled professional to lead and innovate within a dynamic technical department, shaping the future of premium projects across residential and commercial projects. You will be working in manufacturing facility but will ideally have knowledge of construction sites.

The duties for the Technical Manager:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of CAD designers, technical specialists, and surveyors
• Foster collaboration and ensure consistent quality across all technical deliverables
• Conduct regular performance reviews, offering mentorship and development opportunities
• Streamline technical processes to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Implement effective systems to support team productivity and accuracy
• Act as the go-to expert for technical escalations and complex customer issues
• Conduct on-site visits to support clients, resolve queries, and ensure successful installation
• Implement and monitor best practices and compliance with UK building regulations

Requirement for the Technical Manager:

• Proven experience in a technical management role
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in CAD software and related tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Familiarity with a range of window systems and materials
