Job Title: Technical Manager

Salary : Upto 60k (depending on experience)

Location : Perth

We are looking for a Technical Manager who will work closely with the Technical Director. The Technical Manager will manage internal and external specification requirements, review packaging copy, and ensure accuracy across product information, a role where attention to detail and proactive thinking are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing all internal and external customer own-brand specifications
• Producing back-of-pack content
• Reviewing and signing off artwork with the Technical and Brand teams
• Maintaining product data across systems and platforms
• Supporting allergen management and validations
• Prepare for and manage audits and internal reviews
• Participate as an active member of the HACCP team
• Deputise for the Technical Director when required

What you’ll bring:

• A relevant qualification in Food Science or a related subject
• Experience in a technical or specification-based role within food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of packaging and labeling requirements
• Confidence working with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Good IT skills across Microsoft Office
• Experience working with large retailers would be an advantage
