Façade Technical Manager

We are seeking a Technical Manager to come and join a Facade Contractor. Working across a variety of high end residential and commercial projects in London and the South East. This company has been around for over 25  years and has an excellent name within the market.

This role could suit somebody who has worked within Façade Management, Engineering or Project Site Management.

Technical Manager:

·      Responsible for the analysis of the specifications and buildability of the façade at tender stage for the efficient pricing of the package

·      Liaising with the supply chain to ensure the correct material specifications and assistance in design development stage of the project, offering and reviewing value engineering options.

·      Upon award of project to liaise closely with the design team, estimating, surveying and procurement to ensure a complete and thorough handover of the project to include all necessary specifications, details, drawings and inspection test plans for incorporation to the construction pack.

·      From the construction stage, to regularly visit site to ensure the final installation is achieved as per all specifications, details and drawings highlighting any areas for improvement through digital reports.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £60,000 Plus career development and exposure to some very exciting projects
