The Role

You’ll take ownership of the technical process from planning through to completion—ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the technical design process across multiple residential schemes

* Coordinating external consultants (architects, engineers, utilities, etc.)

* Reviewing drawings and ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, and warranty provider requirements

* Resolving technical and design issues throughout the build process

* Supporting site teams with practical, solutions-focused advice

* Driving programmes forward and ensuring key deliverables are met

About You

* Experience in a technical role within residential development or housebuilding

* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes

* Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

* Detail-oriented, organised, and commercially aware

* Proactive, hands-on, and confident in problem-solving
