Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and oversight activities.
Coordinate technical administration for the Legal department, keeping information clear and accessible.
Track actions, deadlines and updates to help ensure work is completed on time.
Prepare and format documents, reports and meeting materials for internal use.
Manage shared files and registers, ensuring records are kept up to date.
Respond to routine queries and direct matters to the appropriate colleagues when needed.
Support the preparation of information required for compliance and oversight reviews.
Help improve the consistency and accuracy of departmental documentation.Profile

Job Offer

Fixed-term contract.
Salary of £33,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
