Technical Officer/Stock Condition Surveyor

One of my Local Authority clients based in Nottinghamshire is looking for two Technical Officer's and also a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team on an interim basis for 6 months initially (rolling contract) – interviews taking place this week!

Role Overview:
• Full-time – 5 days per week in the office & on site (no hybrid working)
• Mileage covered from site to site
• Residential-focused stock condition work – kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors etc.
• Dealing with tenant queries and carrying out stock condition surveys
• Expected to hit the ground running – strong practical experience required
• Involvement in repairs, maintenance, and general construction-related tasks

Experience Needed:
No formal qualifications needed

Decent Homes/Social Housing experience
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
