In this role, you'll manage the production schedule, issue jobs and technical drawings, coordinate with design, sales, procurement, and accounts, and ensure everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery. The Role

• Maintain and update the production schedule, manage job issuance, and coordinate technical documentation
• Liaise with internal teams across sales, design, procurement, and accounts to ensure smooth delivery and communication
• Support stock checks, logistics coordination, and document management in a fast-paced environment
• Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 3pm

The Person

• Experience in a coordinator / planner / scheduler / project support role
• Confident reading technical drawings and communicating across technical teams
• Experience in the lighting industry
