At Roda BI, we're using data, AI and analytics to help care providers improve outcomes, identify risks earlier and make better decisions.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Project / Delivery Manager to bring structure, accountability and momentum to our growing product and technology function.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, technical teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are properly planned, tracked, tested and delivered.
What You'll Do
Own and maintain a rolling delivery roadmap.
Coordinate multiple technical projects and workstreams.
Translate business requirements into clear, deliverable work packages.
Manage priorities, risks, dependencies and blockers.
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.
Oversee testing, UAT, change control and releases.
Support customer onboarding and integration projects.
Improve delivery processes through automation and standardisation.
Validate supplier deliverables, costs and invoices.
Ensure delivery activity is documented, auditable and compliant.
You'll work across technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI, APIs, data pipelines, Power Automate and SharePoint.
You won't be expected to code, but you'll need enough technical understanding to manage delivery effectively and ask the right questions.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience delivering software, SaaS, data or technology projects.
Strong project, programme or delivery management background.
Experience working with technical teams and third-party suppliers.
Ability to write and refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of testing, UAT, release management and change control.
Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Monday.com or similar.
Commercial awareness, including supplier management and invoicing
Desirable
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL or Power BI.
Data, analytics or SaaS environments.
Healthcare, social care or other regulated sectors.
ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials or audit-focused delivery.
Process improvement and workflow automation.
