Are you a skilled professional with a passion for technical problem-solving and precision? We are seeking a Technical Project Estimator to join our team and play a critical role in delivering bespoke solutions for cycle parking, shelters, and exciting furniture projects.

The Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll manage project inquiries, develop competitive quotes, and ensure seamless handovers to the project team. Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams, your expertise will help transform creative visions into reality, supporting business growth and client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Bespoke Quoting: Provide accurate and detailed estimates for custom projects.
• Technical Support: Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to answer queries and resolve challenges.
• Project Scoping: Analyse drawings, specifications, and requirements to define project scope.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to refine specifications and organize client approval drawings.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns, including materials and labor.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project constraints and propose actionable solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to standards like "Secure By Design" and London Cycle Design Standards.
• Client & Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules.
