Technical Project Manager

A new opportunity has come in to work for a mid sized developer with 3 locations. They have multiple sites already happening with more to come and they now require a technical manager.

You will oversee two technical coordinators and be responsible for the overall running of the department working closely with the land and planning department. This role will see you ensuring all drawing information is accurate and that cost control and timeframes are being adhered to.

This would really suit people who are looking for their first opportunity in a managerial role who have been running their own projects within a housing environment. You will have a relevant degree or HNC within architecture or engineering and have a solid understanding of the building regulations.
