Location: Battersea, London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
Contract Length: 6 Months (October 2026 - April 2027)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join a growing New Product Development (NPD) team supporting the delivery of innovative home environment products.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will act as the central point of coordination across engineering, design, and wider business functions. You will partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are delivered to market on time, to specification, and in line with business objectives.

The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise with the ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects through the full product development lifecycle, from concept through to market launch.
* Ensure global teams remain aligned on project objectives, priorities, and key decisions.
* Maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved and retailer requirements are met.
* Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Provide regular project updates and presentations to senior stakeholders.
* Work closely with engineering and design teams to support successful product delivery.
* Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
* Support selected technical activities where required.
* Monitor project budgets and resource requirements.

About You
You will be a confident project leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and/or engineering.
* Proven experience managing projects through the complete lifecycle.
* Engineering background with strong technical understanding.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Strong presentation and communication abilities.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience working within challenging, fast-moving environments.

Desirable Experience
* Consumer products, household appliances, or plastics manufacturing experience.
* Experience presenting to executive leadership teams or board-level stakeholders.
* Budget management experience.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and limitations.
* Experience with SolidWorks or Creo.
* New Product Development (NPD) experience within a product-led organisation.
