We are seeking a highly skilled

Technical Project Manager

with substantial AUTOSAR knowledge to lead and manage project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in managing supplier delivery and coordinating with internal stakeholders. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of quality software requirements and specifications, managing bugs, and sharing critical information across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management of Supplier Delivery:
Align scope content per Software Drop (SW Drop) and monitor the progress.
Identify, monitor, and resolve blockers and risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Ensure supplier deliveries meet the required quality standards and timelines.

Coordination with Internal Stakeholders:
Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality requirements and specifications to the supplier.
Maintain clear and effective communication with Programme Managers, Product Owners, and Integration Engineers.

Bug Management:
Coordinate with the internal integration team and suppliers to resolve critical issues promptly.
Track and manage bugs to ensure all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Information Sharing:
Share relevant information with internal squads to facilitate the integration of supplier deliveries.
Ensure teams are well-informed and able to test functionality effectively.

Technical Expertise in AUTOSAR:
Utilize AUTOSAR knowledge to establish efficient workflows and resolve technical misalignments with the support of the architecture team.
Challenge suppliers on effort estimations and technical issues to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Who We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing supplier deliveries.
Strong knowledge and understanding of AUTOSAR.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to monitor project progress and resolve issues effectively.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
Experience in bug management and coordination with technical teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to iron out inefficiencies and resolve technical misalignments.
