Technical Proposals Tender Executive

We’re looking for a Technical Proposals Tender Executive to join a global leader in project logistics. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced logisticians in the industry, supporting complex, large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and mining.

The Role

You’ll be part of a dedicated UK-based tender team, responsible for producing high-quality technical proposals in response to international tenders. Working closely with commercial and operational colleagues worldwide, you’ll help craft winning bid content that secures major logistics contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review technical content for tender submissions (ITTs, RFQs, RFIs).
• Coordinate input from engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and operations experts.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, client-focused proposals.
• Build and maintain a library of technical documents (method statements, project execution plans, risk assessments).
• Support compliance, risk reviews, and handovers to project delivery teams.
• Contribute to business development by aligning technical content with overall bid strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience writing technical proposals within project logistics, freight forwarding, or engineering.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical detail.
• Knowledge of multimodal logistics and the wider supply chain sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Teams/SharePoint is a bonus.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
